Any good online horse games (where you get to own a horse online and take care of it)? Ive been playing this game called Howrse but i dont have paypal and i cant buy passes.Its really annyoing because i just want a game that i can take care of my own horse but not playing in real time. Ive searched everywhere and now ive given up....... if you know any site like what i want to find please answer. (please i dont want a little kids game.)

Are there any good horse games besides Howrse? I liked Howrse but I don't like how you can't customize the horse or anything. What is the name of this computer horse game? I used to play it all the time at my friend's house during the early 2000's... it was 3D. The point of the game was to care for and ride horses. There's not tons I can remember but I know that when you groomed the horse you could actually see it getting cleaner and such. It was pretty realistic and very accurate. I've been trying to find out what the game is but it's nearly impossible. I'm not even sure if it was for PC or Mac... but I'm guessing PC.

Horse Care- Massage VS Chiropractor VS Accupunture? i comptete in a lot of gymkhana competitions w/ my older horse. at my last show i noted he had a very hard time bending to his right. so bad at times he couldnt at all (almost like it was cramping) i had someone at the show look at it and they thought it was a muscle knot. so i have been massaging it a bit. but i would like to know how you maintain your game horses muscles and what method is most benificial chiro work, massage therapy or accupunture. thank you

Planning on buying a new horse game for either PC or Wii, any reccomendations? Ok, so a little history... I have 3 of the Pippa Funnell games (1st, 2nd, 3rd) The first one was good but the second 2 were full of bugs and glitches so I put them to one side. Anyway I'm looking for a new horse game, not Pippa Funnell, either on PC or Wii, something that has good graphics and music, a good story line and has enough things to do so I won't complete it in a few hours, but also that is not so hard that I have to give up after 4 months of playing or something. And of course something that is bug free, the more realistic the better really. Pippa Funnell was fun in the first game, after that I found the way the competitions, show jumping, dressage, etc. worked was just too complicated. I've seen clips from horse life 2, my horse and me, imagine champion rider and others and I’m undecided, imagine champion rider particularly appealed to me, just because it looks really good, amazing scenery and stuff, and the music and graphics are great, but is there a plot line? Stuff to do other than care for your horse and enter competitions? I would be glad of any help or advice, including which platforms the games work better on. I'm looking for something with a plot line, Pippa Funnell always had good plot lines but they were occasionally too tough and I found myself bogged down by training and horse care which took up too much time. I want a relaxing game that is close to real horse life, but not one that has no story or challenge to it whatsoever (so can be completed in like an hour) So yeah, any advice? I recently bought a Wii, the closest game I’ve got is Sims animals which was a bit of a let down. But I still love PC games, however I plan to buy a new PC with probably Vista on it, so will games older than a year be compatible? (Not vital as I plan to skip Vista if I can) Telling me horse games are rubbish and I would be better off with Spore or Sims is not helpful and does not answer my question, so don't bother. I already have the sims and a wide variety of other games but i'm not here to talk about those. If you haven't actually played these sorts of games and aren't actually interested in them then why bother answering?

any good horse racing games? i'm not looking for betting games, i want a mainly breeding/training/racing game that's interactive. if theres anything that's got little to no betting, all the better. also, good graphics would be a plus. :) i've been craving a game like this, because i'm too poor to go to dave and busters. the game i'm looking for is like the game there, i don't remember what it's called, or if the game is at every dave n busters, but i'm pretty sure it was made by seta. you had to like whip/hold back your horse, and you'd get cards you could keep so you could reuse the horse and eventually retire and breed them. i was a pro at that game, i'm pretty sure i'm still on the top 100 list (; anyway, i don't care if it's an online game, i just don't want a game that needs money/subscriptions/gamecards to play. i'll buy a retail game or download a free game online.

What would you teach kids (or want your kids to learn?) at a horse day camp for 3rd - 5th grade? Just for fun: If you were holding a horse day camp for 3rd-5th graders (geared toward those with no/little horse experience), how would you run it? How many days, how many hours a day (at camp & riding), what would you charge, and what horse/pony:rider ratio would you have? What type of lessons would you teach to this age of kids? If it were me, I would do: 5 hours a day for 5 day sessions, $300 per session Maximum 5 kids per session Around 7 or 8 safe ponies/horses Ride for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours Lessons on: horse safety, horse terms (colors, parts, markings, etc.), grooming, saddling/bridling, basic riding (mounting/dismounting, stop/go, turning, walk/trot, mounted games), horse health & care (mucking, feeding, common illnesses) Plus a mini-show for the kids & parents at the end What would your horse camp look like? :)

Fun question; What would your horse drink and why? I play a mental game about horses I know - if they were humans and out on the town, what type of drinker would they be? One of mine is an airhead and a follower, she would drink alcopops and fall in the gutter. Another is self confident and very tough and unladylike, she would dring real ale and not care what anyone thought. My old horse is incredibly sensible, she would have half a stout and nurse it all evening, whist disapproving of the others. What would your horse drink and why?

Games to play with a horse that keep the horse entertained? I have an odd predicament. My horse is extremely smart and very curious and always messes with things. He also is smart enough to know that he doesn't want to canter around the ring lap after lap...he doesn't see a point in it therefore he doesn't want to do it. I've been working with him on this. However, he does canter when he is headed toward a jump and knows that he actually needs to canter...he sees a reason to work there. Anyways, I need some "games" that I can play with him that will keep him entertained and "mentally stimulated." They can be on the ground or under saddle. He's not a spookish and isn't afraid of anything. (I can bounce a soccer ball off of his back and throw it in circles around his face and he doesn't care.) I would really love some games that I can do under saddle that will make him work without him really knowing that he's "working." (He's lazy, so it needs to be entertaining.) Also, it can't involve going too close to other horses. He's got a bad habit of trying to follow other horses so I've been keeping him away from other horses unless completely necessary. The games can be on the ground too, they just need to be fun for him, since he gets so bored and can't stand repetition. Something that would really be interesting to him would be great. Thank you! P.S. Doing circles, serpentines, figure 8's, etc. aren't good because they are "pointless" to my horse and he would rather do something besides work for no reason. Ron Sr: Every time I post a question on this site somebody has to come out and critique me or say I'm doing things all wrong...thanks for proving my point! You have never seen me ride and therefore you can't judge how I ride my horse. (To me, your post implied that I can't control my horse and that he is the boss of me and I'm a crappy rider. If that's not what you meant, you need to find a way to rephrase your thoughts.) However, you were correct in your assumptions. My horse THINKS he's the boss, but I am working very hard to correct this. I lunge him every time before I ride, and lunge him until he stops bolting/bucking/kicking. When I ride him, any resistances he puts up (half-rearing, bucking) gets him a nice whack with the crop or tight circles or some nice backing-up. This horse bucks every time he decides that he wants to do his own thing, and I am working through these issues...so I am NOT just along for the ride. Having said that, you never answered my question. Horsegurl: Thanks for the suggestions! I really like that idea, and I think my horse would too. :) I'll give it a try!
